Return Policy

At Zyvoria, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may happen that you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.

Conditions for Returns

  • You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.

  • Return costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but wearing them is not permitted.

  • Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them is not allowed.

Return Process

  1. Register your return by contacting info@zyvoriashop.com within 14 days after receiving the item.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

  3. Send the item back at your own expense, including any customs duties or shipping costs.

  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refunds

After the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
